REFUND & RETURN POLICY
Personalized items — please read first: All our keychains are custom-made and engraved to order with the exact date you provide. For this reason, and in line with consumer law for personalized goods, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, buyer's remorse, or incorrect information submitted by the customer (e.g., a wrong date entered at checkout).
We DO offer a replacement or refund if:
- The item arrives damaged or defective.
- You received the wrong item.
- The engraving differs from what you ordered due to our error.
To request a replacement or refund in these cases, email support@thecouplehouse.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Approved cases will receive a free replacement or a full refund — no need to return the item unless we ask.
Order changes & cancellations: Since production starts quickly, you can change or cancel your order only within 12 hours of placing it, and only if it has not yet entered production. Email us as soon as possible.
Refund processing: Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Non-arrival: If your order never arrives within the estimated delivery window, you're entitled to a free replacement or full refund.
