SHIPPING POLICY
Order processing (made-to-order): Every keychain is personalized and engraved especially for you. Once your order is placed, it goes into production. Please allow 1–3 business days for engraving and quality checks before your order ships.
Delivery times: Because each item is custom-made and shipped from our production partners, estimated delivery after processing is:
- United States & Canada: 8–15 business days
- Europe & United Kingdom: 9–18 business days
- Australia & New Zealand: 10–20 business days
- Rest of the world: 10–25 business days
Total time = processing (1–3 business days) + shipping. These are estimates, not guarantees; delays can occur during holidays or due to customs.
Tracking: You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Allow a few days for tracking to update.
Customs, duties & taxes: International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes charged by your local authorities upon delivery. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices.
Wrong or incomplete address: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Lost or stuck packages: If your tracking hasn't moved or your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, contact us at support@thecouplehouse.com and we'll investigate and make it right.
