Ideally a sharp photo with good lighting, where the face or subject is clearly visible. If you're unsure, our design team reviews every image before engraving and will let you know if a different one would work better.
+How long does it take to arrive?
Once your photo is approved, we engrave your piece within 24-48 hours and ship it with a tracking number so you can follow it every step of the way. Delivery times vary by country — you'll see the details at checkout.
+Will the engraving fade over time?
No. Unlike prints, laser engraving marks the metal permanently. It's resistant to water, sun and daily use.
+What's the difference between the necklace and the keychain?
